Product Descriptions: Chief Industries attempts to be as reliable, current, complete, and as accurate as possible with the description and dimensions of our pie pans. We strive to produce quality, gourmet pie pans to fulfill all your pie-baking needs.
Product Orders: All orders places through these websites are subject to Chief Industries, LLC acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Chief Industries, LLC will issue you a refund.
Pricing and Information Disclaimer: All pricing is subject to change. For all pricing, products and offers, Chief Industries, LLC reserves the right to adjust as needed due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation and other extenuating circumstances. High-volume orders are welcome. Chief Industries, LLC makes every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information on these websites. Chief Industries, LLC makes no warranties or representations of the site’s accuracy and assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions of the content of these websites. Customers will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any purchases. Resellers, please email your resale certificate to chiefinfo@chiefindustries.com for our files. If we do not have a resell certification on file any applicable sales tax will be applied. Unless stated, the prices on these websites are in U.S. Dollars.

Returns, Refunds and Title: Chief Industries, LLC does not take title to returned items until the items(s) arrive at our facilities. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without product being returned. Custom-embossed pie pans cannot be returned. If you feel you are not happy with our product or have any other concerns, please call our office at 714-891-3571 and speak to our customer service department.
